- Notice is hereby given by the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority (“TransLink”) of its intent to continue to contract with Gallup Canada, Inc. (the “Supplier”) for the access to the CliftonStrengths assessment portal for the TransLink Enterprise.
TransLink has chosen to directly award this contract and not to call for vendor proposals for the following reasons: The CliftonStrengths assessment program is wholly owned by Gallup which retains exclusive rights for the CliftonStrengths program.
