- The City intends to renew a Transformer Rental Agreement. The agreement to be renewed was originally signed in March of 2015 with ENMAX Power Services Corporation ("ENMAX") for a 10 year term which could be extended by agreement of the parties. ENMAX assigned this agreement to Iconic Power SystemsInc. in November of 2022. The Transformer Rental Agreement provides and maintains essential long-life assets at a reasonable price to The City so that it can deliver services. "Notice is hereby given by The City of Calgary ("The City") of its intent to enter into contract with Iconic Power SystemsInc., for the provision of transformer rental and associated maintenance services for the next 5 years with the option to extend for an additional 5years."
