The requirement is to establish one (1) National Individual
Standing Offer(s) (NISO) for the supply and delivery to the
Department of National Defence (DND) of Diving Equipment, on an
as-and-when-required basis.
The duration of the Standing Offer (SO) is for a period of three
(3) years from date of issuance, with two (2) additional
one-year options.
Delivery Date
Delivery must be completed in accordance with the call-up
against the Standing Offer.
ENQUIRIES
All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Standing Offer
Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days before the
Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) closing date. Enquiries
received after that time may not be answered.
Equivalent products will be accepted for some line items. See Annex B for more information.
Delivery Date: Above-mentioned
Bidders must submit prices in Canadian dollars. Bids submitted in foreign currency will be rejected.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement
