Synopsis: The building is required to be serviced with electricity, well water, fibre, SaskTel, septic, and gas. The site will also require a fire water storage tank and hydrants for site fire fighting. Other related site work will include installation of a solar field, secured gravel compound, staff and visitor parking and required servicing, site surfacing, exterior lighting, site access, landscaping and other work detailed in the Technical Specifications and the Drawings. The proposed facility will be located on an owned 3.6-acre green site field seven (7) kilometers south of Nipawin, Saskatchewan.
