Description:
This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2024-T-253-Niagara Regional Police Service-D3-Welland accessible upgrades, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).The building is a single-storey and basement institutional building owned by The Region and occupied by the offices of the 3 District Welland Police Station. The Facility is located at 5 Lincoln Street in Welland, ON within a 237,652 square feet (sf) parcel. The building was originally constructed in 1994.The Niagara Region is seeking the services of a qualified General Contractor to enter into a CCDC 2 contract to upgrade the District 3 customer service and public amenities. Contractor shall renovate the vestibule, customer service desk, and washroom as described in the drawings inThis RFT is being issued to all of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2024-RFSQ-203 specifically Category 1.
