Description:
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) HQ/District 2-Audible/Visual Fire Alarm Upgrades as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The building is a three-storey institutional building owned by The Niagara Region and occupied by the offices of the Niagara Regional Police Service. The total building footprint area is approximately 75,520 sf. The exterior walls of the building are clad with a combination of masonry brick veneer, limestone, composite zink and composite metal panels, precast concrete panels, corrugated and perforated metal siding.
Through Accessibility Audits, this facility was flagged to have 93 Audible/Visual Fire Alarms added throughout the multiple floors of the building noted in the Humanspace Observations and Drawings
This RFQ is being issued to all 2024-RFSQ-262, specifically Category 3, Electrical Consulting Services.
