Description:
This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Niagara Region IT Data Center New Redundant UPS Supply and Install, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The Niagara Region is seeking the services of a qualified Electrical Contractor to act as the Constructor of Record and General Contractor to supply and install a new 120KVA Redundant UPS within the existing IT Data Center located at the Niagara Regional Headquarters at 1815 Sir Isaac Brock Way in Thorold. The scope includes the supply and installation of all electrical distribution, equipment, communications data cabling rough-in, licenses, software and programming to monitor all new electrical distribution and existing distribution refed as part of this scope of work through the facilities existing Schneider Electric StruxureWare Power Monitoring Expert system, temporary power requirements, demolition requirements, grounding system modifications, preservice and in service testing, coordination study and arc flash analysis, etc., to complete a fully functional system. Details can be found in Appendix B - RFT Particulars and also in Appendix E - IFT Drawings and Appendix F - IFT Specifications.
This RFT is being issued to all of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2022-RFPQ-107 specifically Category 3.
