D3. SCOPE OF WORKD3.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the construction of new stormwater conveyance infrastructure from Parcel B of the NEWPCC site to the John Black LDS near Main Street. This infrastructure includes an LDS trunk from Parcel B to Parcel C, a stormwater retention pond located on Parcel C, an LDS trunk from Parcel C connecting to the existing John Black LDS near Main Street, manholes and appurtenances in accordance with the applicable Specifications and Drawings. Additionally, removal of impacted soils within the proposed LDS alignment is included.D3.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:(a) Installation of approximately 153 m of twin 1350 mm land drainage sewers from Parcel B to Parcel C.(b) Installation of approximately 873 m of 900 mm land drainage sewer between the stormwater pond and Main Street near Foley Avenue.(c) Installation of approximately 79 m of 1800 mm land drainage sewer west of Main Street from Foley Avenue to John Black Avenue.(d) Trenchless construction of approximately 42 m of 900 mm land drainage sewer in a 1200 mm steel casing undercrossing the CPKC railway in the CPT ROW.(e) Connection of the new land drainag...
