Description:
In 2010, the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan entered into the New West Partnership in recognition of the strong economic foundation of the West and the benefits of cooperation in order to foster lasting prosperity for the region, its people, and businesses. In 2019, the Province of Manitoba officially joined the New West Partnership group as a participating Province. Under the New West Partnership, an Invitation to Quote (ITQ NWP2021-001) was developed by the three provinces which standardized their vehicle specifications, and consolidated their requirements into a single document. The process identified in ITQ NWP2021-001 will be in place until September 30, 2026, with an Annual Notice and Pricing Refresh expected to be posted on Merx® each year. ITQ NWP2021-004 is the third Annual Notice and Pricing Refresh.
