Description:
Notice is hereby given that the Ministry of Energy and Climate Solutions is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to IPSOS-INSIGHT, LLC (the “Supplier”). The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below. The supplier will provide the Province with anonymized data and an analysis on the 2025 New Vehicle Customer Study, including 6 years of historical trends, for consumer attitudes and purchase behaviors for B.C. and Canada overall. Aggregate level data for B.C.-s forward sortation areas will also be included. The key deliverables will be a report summarizing the data and analysis, an Excel file with detailed data, and an online presentation on the most relevant findings. The analysis will include battery electric, plug-in hybrid, and gasoline/diesel vehicle segments.
