- The purpose of this ITT is to provide an opportunity for Contractors to submit an Offer for the Work of this ITT as detailed herein.
The Work of this project will be performed under a CCDC 2 - 2020 Stipulated Price Contract and as amended by the District-s CCDC 2 - 2020 Supplementary Conditions. The offsite works must be completed in conformance with the Master Municipal Construction Documents (2009) and the District of North Vancouver-s Development Servicing Bylaw (8145).

Provide all labour, materials, and equipment to construct the new neighbourhood park; including playground, washroom building, pathways, splash park, parking area, sports courts, open grass and planting located at 3101 Stanley Ave in the District of North Vancouver, BC
