Tender Details *** CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF NEW COMPUTROL UNITS AND REPLACEMENT PARTS ***

Substitute brands will NOT be considered due to standardization by PNB and to ensure
compatibility with existing components.

(Bidder must be an Authorized reseller of the COMPUTROL brand
and may be requested to provide confirmation by manufacturer, prior to a final award.)

Units and parts are to be 100% NEW.

VENDORS ARE ASKED TO CAREFULLY READ ALL ATTACHMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS INVITATION TO
TENDER PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A BID.

For the purposes of this contract, the term "PNB" represents the Province of New Brunswick.

TERM:
July 13, 2020 through July 12, 2021 with the option to renew for one additional year.
