Project Description : The project scope of work section is to be read in conjunction with theother documents, see drawing list below, of the tender package to form thefull scope of this contract. The scopeof work includes, but not limited to:1. Civil works: Include site grading, storm service, sanitary service,water, and parking lot.2. Building:a. Excavation for the building foundationb. Foundation: Reinforced concrete frost walls, strip footings and floorslabc. Building exterior concrete walls using ICFd. Building structure and other framing: wood framed walls, pre-engineeredwood rooftrussese. Building finishes (exterior and interior): vinyl siding and asphaltroofingf. Mechanical services: Heating / ventilation for new building such as VRF,duct heater,Heat Recovery Ventilator, fans, Diffuser and Grilles, Electric Boiler andin floor heating.g. Plumbing services: floor drainage and water for the new building,Backflow PreventionDevice, Hot Water Tank, etc.h. Electrical services: lighting, switches, receptacles, exit signage, etc.for new building.3.
