Tender are invited for New Build- Affordable Modular Type Housing
Project Description : The Town of Hinton, is inviting proposals from interested Design-Builders for the New Build of affordable modular housing units in Hinton.The project will comprise of modular affordable homes that will be developed and operated by Town of Hinton in partnership with the housing management body, The Evergreens Foundation. To build a minimum of 8 units with the possibility to scale up the number of units to reflect the area defined on the site map, proponents will be favored within the scoring criteria. These units will be operated as affordable safe housing units targeting vulnerable population.
