TENDER CALL

NEW BLOWER BUILDING FOR THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT LAGOON
ST. STEPHEN, NB
DILLON PROJECT NO: 23-7074

Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 3:00 P.M., local time, March 31st, 2025, at the Municipal District Office.

This Contract encompasses all labor, transportation, materials, services, equipment, and incidentals required to complete the Work as detailed in the specifications and drawings. This includes, but is not limited to, coordination, mobilization, demobilization, permit acquisition, site cleanup, property protection, and testing. Specifically, the Work consists of:
- Pickup, delivery, and installation of pre-purchased equipment.
- Construction of a new building as defined in the Contract documents.
- All necessary site restoration work.

Official Contract Documents shall be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST).
