- Simpcw First Nation wishes to investigate the scope for provision of centralized sewer service to the Neqweyqwelsten Community and the planned community core development. The objective of this feasibility study is to explore and evaluate alternate wastewater collection and treatment and discharge options. The feasibility study report shall address community concerns, the overall project constraints and cost effectiveness. Complete a system analysis of each option including wastewater system analysis for all the key wastewater system operating scenarios. This RFP invites proposals from professional, qualified and experienced firms to complete a feasibility study for this project.
