- Living Sky School Division, through RMIS Engineering, is accepting sealed electronic bids for the roof replacement at Norman Carter School in Wilkie, SK. Work includes removing approx. 20,675 ft² (1,921 m²) of the existing inverted BUR roof system and installing a new SBS roof system. Completion is required by May 29, 2026. A mandatory site review will be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Bids (with 10% bid security) must be submitted by email to engineering@rmiseng.ca no later than 2:00 PM, Wednesday, September 10, 2025. Hard copies will not be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
