- This Tender encompasses a combined Rink Divisions (13 18 00) scope of work for a qualified Mechanical Contractor to provide the work for the replacement of a refrigeration plant at the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre in Leamington Ontario.
The project will consist of a life cycle replacement of the refrigeration system for the ice rink. It comprises all required refrigerant pump-out and disposal, all required demolition and disposal, the installation of all fully operational and functional elements, including equipment, software, and programming interfaced to the associated work of other related trades. This includes packaged refrigeration systems, packaged pump decks, electrical design-build, electrical work, process piping, refrigeration field piping, water field piping, automation equipment, automation programming, instrumentation, room painting and room flooring. - Documents:
