Project Description : Please note UCalgary is posting documents on MERX - The Advance Contract Award Notice document can be accessed on MERX The University of Calgary (UCalgary) intends to purchase a Litesizer 100 particle size analyzer and Micropore physisorption/chemisorption Autosorb iQ system with the built in TCD (Thermal Conductivity Detector) that are required to perform TPR (Temperature Programmed Reduction), TPD (Temperature Programmed Desorption), TPO (Temperature Programmed Oxidation) and pulse chemisorption analyses. To the research team-s knowledge, Anton Paar is the sole supplier that can provide instruments equipped with specifications that meet research requirements. Additionally, the instruments must work in tandem, to determine the properties of a given catalyst sample, providing simultaneous measurements from the same sample.
