Description:
This Request for Tender is being issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority (“Island Health”) as it is seeking tenders from qualified Respondents to complete the NRGH Control Optimization - Zone Isolation project at the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital at 1200 Dufferin Crescent, Nanaimo, BC V9S 2B7 (“the Project”). The Project includes, but is not limited to, the after hours addition of isolation dampers/VAV boxes to existing ductwork serving the Ambulatory Care, Exec Admin, Stores and Lab areas at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital including all duct modifications, power, network and DDC controls required for a fully functional system. The successful proponent shall carry a cash allowance of $215,440 for the value of the controls contractor. Island Health prefers a Ready-for-Takeover date of October 16th, 2026.
