- The Project is located at 28 Ikajuktauvik Street, Nain, NL, A0P 1L0The works proposed under this Contract generally includes:• Work of this Contract comprises of supplying and installing a heat pump at the NainCommunity Health Centre for the Dental Clinic as per the drawings and specificationsattached.• Work scope includes repairs to any siding, walls, ceiling and any part of the buildingdamaged during the installation.• Contractor to include a three (3) year service and maintenance contract for the heat pumpwhich will include parts, labour and travel cost to replace any malfunctioning equipmentfor a period of three years.Electronic plans, specifications and Tender forms may be obtained online from Merx at no cost.Questions and answers must be posted through merx.com online platform.Tender Security of 10% of the Total Price will be required.The lowest-cost or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted, and the NunatsiavutGovernment reserves the right to cancel this tender. Tenders will be evaluated on the principlesof value for money, which include an evaluation of the Inuit Content Factor pursuant to theNunatsiavut Procurement Act.
