- The Calgary Airport Authority is seeking a qualified vendor to implement a Mystery Shopping Program across approximately 100 retail and restaurant locations at Calgary International Airport. The program will measure guest satisfaction, service standards, and operational quality, with results captured on a centralized dashboard. Mystery shopping activities will include shopper visits with expense budgets, conducted either quarterly or biannually, and developed collaboratively. There is a potential to optionally contract for Shopper Surveys, which should explore traveler behaviors and retail insights, with the potential for incentive-based participation.
