- This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the construction of a ramp connection fromMyers Road Ramp to California Road, for construction starting in Spring 2024.Proposals will be accepted for construction of the ramp connection, retaining wallsand associated works. Bidders will have the option to submit a bid based on thedesign provided by the Region for a concrete cast-in-place retaining wall (Option 1),or present an alternative design proposal (Option 2)
