Municipality of Lorne - MEMO Site #73 (2022 Spring Flood) - Road 70W Bridge Replacement over Cypress RiverThe Work generally includes the removal of the existing steel girder bridge, and the construction of a new prestressed precast concrete channel girder bridge founded on steel abutments and piers with steel piles. The superstructure is a three-span bridge measuring 36 m long x 7.2 m wide out-to-out. The structure crosses over Cypress River on Road 70W in the Municipality of Lorne, Manitoba. Approximate GPS coordinates are UTM Zone 14U 496802 m E, 5478942 m N.
