- The Municipality of the County of Kings (the “Municipality”) is accepting proposals from qualified Proponents to perform snow removal and ice control services (salting/sanding) for municipal-owned roads, sidewalks and infrastructure as identified in this RFP for a term of five (5) years. This RFP is for Kingston Hydrants Zone coverage. Proponents are welcome to submit proposals on one or multiple zones. Submissions which indicate a conditional bid (ie. Proponent's bid is only valid if they are awarded all zones) shall only be considered in the event of a lack of available competition and will otherwise not be considered for award.
