Tender are invited for Municipal ERP Systems and Integration
Project Description : The Town is inviting proposals from qualified firms to provide Municipal Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) software(s), ideally including (but not limited to) the functions of Finance, Human Resources and Payroll, Property Taxes/Names/Addresses, Utility Billing, Business/Animal Licensing, Citizen Self Service, and Cemetery Management. It is the Town-s intention to enter into one agreement, however multiple proponents may be selected depending on expertise or specializations with specific functional business area modules. The selected proponent will be responsible for software configuration, integration, testing, project management, training, support of data conversion, and full system deployment that will meet the performance requirements as agreed upon. The Town-s objective is to establish a long-term relationship with a proponent capable of keeping current with ERP industry trends and best practices. The selected proponent must be capable of supporting the Town-s current and future needs while committing to a highly responsive customer service and support approach. Proponents should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the Town-s Strategic plan and be able to align their proposals and recommended solution to support the Town-s strategic vision.
