Description:
The primary reason for this RFP is to ensure that the MDT has the necessary information to evaluate the most cost effective, comprehensive, and flexible financial software system possible. A seamless and accurate transition is extremely important to the MDT. The MDT requires an integrated, comprehensive, and cost-effective software system that is expandable to its needs and includes all modules relating to functionality as listed below. Any new system considered must provide solutions for the following applications at a minimum:General LedgerBudgetReport Creation (specify details regarding fixed vs. customized report features)Bank Reconciliation (with bank integration) Accounts Payable with EFT and cheques Accounts Receivable Cash Receipts (compatible with Consolidated Corporate Creditor is preferred)Payroll with EFT - including timekeepingEmployee PortalTax and AssessmentFixed Assets InventoryGravelUtilitiesIn addition to the above minimum requirements, the MDT requires pricing on workflow configuration for internal processes whereby users are notified of process status and approval requests. These include, but are not limited to: Accounts payable approval;Payroll and timesheet approval;Employee time-off approval. The Vendor may also include any additional information not listed in the RFP that may be of interest to the MDT or assist with the understanding and evaluation of the Proposal.
