MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF PROVOST NO. 522025 Seal Coat ProgramThe M.D. of Provost No. 52 is now accepting tenders (cost /Lt) at .5 L/MS on their 2025 Seal Coat emulsion requirements as follows:Approximately Six hundred and twenty five thousand three hundred and twenty (625,320) liters of CQF-1H emulsion or equivalent supplied and applied. along with sweeping prior to applying, signage, and traffic control for surface sealing approximately 159 kilometers of oil and chip seal road surface. See Schedule A for exact locations of application. Tenders are to be submitted not later than 12:00 noon on February 11, 2025. No faxed or emailed tenders accepted. Faxed or emailed amendments will be accepted as long as the original tender is not disclosed. The M.D. reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted or any part and the lowest of any bid will not necessarily be accepted. A decision will be made on February 13, 2025.Commissions earned by the Rural Municipalities of Alberta from approved suppliers to that Association-s trade division will be considered when comparing prices. Please indicate if your prices include the commission. Also, please quote G.S.T. separately and quote freight F.O.B.
