INVITATION TO TENDER / ADVERTISEMENTSealed Tendersfor:Gravel Crushing Operations 2025The Biever Pit (N.W. 25-37-01-W4M) Up to 25,000 metric tonnes - ¾” crushed Will be received by:MD of Provost No. 52(the “MD ”)at:MD of Provost No. 52 Administration Office4504-53rd AvenueProvost, ABT0B 3S0Attention: Tyler Lawrason Time and date for Tender Closing is:12:00:00 p.m. MST on February 11, 2025(the “Tender Closing”)1.The work to be undertaken generally involves, but is not necessarily limited to: gravel crushing operations (the “Work”) as set out on the specifications attached hereto as Schedule “A”.2.To be successful all bidders must attend a site meeting on January 28, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. meet at the Biever Pit N.W. 25-37-01-W4M. Failure to do so will void your opportunity to be awarded the contract.3.The Successful Bidder shall commence as early as possible after the tender has been awarded and achieve substantial performance of the Work for the Project by June 15, 2025. The Successful Bidder will provide notice to the MD at least 72 hours, notice prior to the commencement of crushing operations.4.All written inquiries regarding the technical aspects of the specifications for the Work shall be faxed to MD of Provost No. 52, Attention: Tyler Lawrason however the bidder(s) acknowledge and agree that the MD does not have an obligation to provide a response to any written inquiry and that it is in the sole and unfettered discretion of the MD to provide any written response to a written...
