- MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF PROVOST NO. 52PICK-UP TENDERThe M.D. of Provost No. 52 is currently accepting tenders for the following:•3 Supervisor Pick-ups F150/1500 Appendix A Specification Sheet•1 Supervisor Pick-up F250/2500 Appendix B Specification Sheet•5 Fleet Pick-ups F250/2500 Appendix C Specification Sheet•1 Utility Pick-up F250/2500 Appendix D Specification SheetAcceptance of tender will be contingent on immediate availability of the product, and suitability of the product to meet the M.D. requirements as per the specification sheet. These factors will be weighted at 40%, with the tendered price weighted at 60%.Tenders are to be submitted, in hard copy format only, no later than 12:00 Noon on Tuesday February 11th, 2025. No faxes or emails accepted. The M.D. reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted or any part and the lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted. A decision will be made on Thursday, February 13th, 2025.Commissions earned by the Alberta Association of Municipal Districts and Counties from approved suppliers to that Associations trade division will be considered when comparing prices.
