The City of Maple Ridge (the “City) is seeking Proposals from experienced and qualified firms for the supply, installation of 51 commercial-grade printers and multifunction photocopiers (MFP) and related software required to support City business operations. The successful Proponent will be responsible for:
The supply, delivery, installation, garbage removal, commission, training, maintenance, documentation and support of any peripheral printer hardware or appliances related to the Proponent-s proposal.Providing a software solution to centrally manage all devices that includes:The ability to provide global print solution that anyone can send a print job to without the need to add the printer to their device.A print management solution that at a minimum should allow for print queue management, alert monitoring and reporting, document encryption and secure printing.The removal and legal disposal of the City-s existing photocopiers and printers (the “equipment”).Provide a print anywhere solution that will allow for secure printing using card scan or QR code.
