Project Description : TENDER NO. 2159MULTI-USE SPORTS PADVILLAGE OF TRACY, NBSealed envelopes marked "MULTI-USE SPORTS PAD, VILLAGE OF TRACY, NB" willbe received at the office of Glenn Group Landscape Architects and ParkPlanners, 248 Brunswick Street, until 3:00 pm local time, March 31, 2022.The name of the Bidding firm shall also be indicated on the envelope.Opening of the tenders shall be private.Proposed work includes but not limited to: site preparation,demolition/relocation of existing features, asphalt sports pad, concretecurbing, fencing and all other incidental items as indicated on theconstruction documents and specifications.Each Tender must be accompanied by Bid Bonds or Certified Cheque in theamount of 10% of the Tendered Price (including HST). The successful bidderwill be required to provide Performance Securities in the form of aCertified Cheque or Bond as specified in the Bid Documents.The Contractor will consider the "Tendered Price" as identified in the bidform.
