- English Title:NL26MESO, Multi-disciplinary Engineering Consultant Services Source List, Newfoundland and LabradorEnglish Description:Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List (SL) to provide “as and when required” the following professional services at Goose Bay, Gander, St. John' s, and satellite sites including but not limited to Stephenville Armoury, Corner Brook Armoury and Grand Falls Armoury, NL: Pre-design report, Preparation of Statement of Requirement OR Construction Requirements, Options Analysis, Concept Design, Life Cycle Cost Analysis Integrating Climate Change Design Development, Cost Estimation, Preparation of Construction Documents OR of Performance Specifications, Tender Phase Services, and Construction Phase Services.Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the two (2) proponents with the highest total score.The SL will be for a period of three (3) years with a maximum estimated value of $ 6,000,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for a single two (2) additional years period and increased in the order of $3,000,000.00 at any time. Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $75,000.00 and $ 300,000.00; the maximum value of a commission under the SL is $500,000.00.
