• THE JACQUES CARTIER AND CHAMPLAIN BRIDGES INCORPORATED, a body corporate having its Head Office in the City of Longueuil, province of Quebec, Canada, established by the St. Lawrence Seaway Authority Act and herein acting and exercising its powers as an agent of Her Majesty in right of Canada (hereafter referred to as “Owner”) invites you to submit a proposal for Contract No. 62775 Melocheville Tunnel and its Approaches, Asset Management Consulting Services, Inspections, Diagnostics, Master Plans and Other Related Services (2026-2030) (hereafter referred to as “Contract”).This Contract generally consists in providing professional services in 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029 and 2029-2030 to perform asset management services for the Melocheville Tunnel and its approaches located directly under the St. Lawrence Seaway Canal in Beauharnois.At the Owner-s sole discretion, this Contract may be amended or extended one (1) time to include the services to be performed in 2030-2031.The Owner, as a manager of major infrastructures, adheres to the principles respecting the Government of Canada's relationship with Indigenous peoples and is moving forward on reconciliation with Indigenous peoples by taking action to reduce inequalities.The Request for Proposal Documents for the Contract are available through “Merx” Private Tenders, at https://www.merx.com/pjcci, at the following costs, which are payable directly to Merx: for those who do not hold a subscription giving access to the Owner-s ...
