Description : The purpose of this RFSO is to solicit Submissions from qualified Proponents to define and establish a Multi-sourcing Service Integration-Service Integration and Management “MSI-SIAM” Vendor for Networking Services on behalf of the following: Manitoba as represented by Business Transformation and Technology (BTT); Manitoba Hydro-Electric Board (“Manitoba Hydro”); The Manitoba Public Insurance Corporation (“MPI”); Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries Corporation (“MBLL”); Shared Health Inc. (“Shared Health”) ; and University of Manitoba (“U of M”). Collectively referred to as the “Buying Group” and individually as a “Buying Group Member” or “BGM”. The successful MSI-SIAM Vendor will act on behalf of the members of the Buying Group in acquisition of Networking Services as defined in this RFSO. Networking Services include wide area networking and telecommunication products and services including: Wide Area Networking (WAN) services including, but not limited to: MPLS, VPN, point-to-point, LAN extensions, etc. High speed Internet (broadband).
