Description:
Shared Health is accepting proposals for the provision of MRI-compatible Patient Physiologic Monitors across all provincial Service Delivery Organizations (SDOs) including, Shared Health, Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, Prairie Mountain Health Authority, Southern Regional Health Authority, Northern Regional Health Authority and Interlake Eastern Regional Health Authority., as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).Proponents will have the ability to subcontract, if required. Proponents may submit more than one proposal if multiple options exist within the Proponent-s product offerings.Proponents are also advised that should it be determined that the successful Proponent(s) equipment offering contains any consumables, components, accessories and/or services that are proprietary to the equipment and/or sole source to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or exclusive Distributor, the Coordinating Entity may choose, in its sole discretion, to not issue another competitive bid and proceed to form an Agreement for any or all of the above or for the Distributor at any time during the term of this anticipated Agreement.
