MRF BUILDING - PARTIAL ROOF REPLACEMENT (PHASE 2)

Sealed Bids marked "Bid for South-East Regional Service Commission - Solid Waste Division,
MRF Building - Partial Roof Replacement and (Phase 2), 2025-MRF-02" will be received at
the South-East Regional Service Commission - Solid Waste Division, 70 Enviro Drive, Berry Mills, New Brunswick, E1G 5X5 until 11:00 a.m. local time on April 16, 2025. The name of
the bidding firm shall be clearly indicated on the envelope.

In general, the work consists of the removal and disposal of the existing metal roof panel system and the supply and installation of a new prefinished metal roof panel system over a partial section of the MRF Building.

Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the tendered price.
The Bid bond is to be made payable to the South-East Regional Service Commission - Solid Waste Division as a guarantee that a contract will be signed if the Bid is accepted. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Labour and Materials Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in the amount of 50% of the Bid Price.
