- DESCRIPTION: Global Affairs Canada (GAC) is seeking is seeking the services of a Contractor to carry out the asset and warehouse management on an “as and when required” basis in various locations such as Western Region, National Capital Region, etc. GAC via its Summit Management Office (SMO) has been tasked with the organization, planning and delivery of a major event at various venues in the Kananaskis and Banff regions of Alberta. The Contractor-s mandate will be to provide moving and warehouse staff, all the equipment necessary to store and handle the goods/material needed for the smooth running of the event. The contractor-s mandate is also to provide the trucks drivers and support staff for deliveries between sites. CLOSING DATE: To be considered, your proposal must be received no later than 2 p.m. EDT on March 13, 2025 with a reference to tender file #7464654.
