Project Description : Delivery Required 2020-10-31The work under this contract comprises the furnishing of all labour,materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to performOffice Moving Services in the Fredericton New Brunswick area as outlinedthe attached specification.This contract is for a two (2) year term, from November 1, 2020 untilOctober 31, 2022, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1)year terms upon written agreement by both parties.The contract will be awarded based on the total contract price for a two(2) year period.OPTION YEAR PRICING - Pricing shall be subject to negotiation of asatisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus anypublished increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index.The prices bid shall not include HST.Please note that Item #2 Equipment and Material Rates is mandatorypricing which MUST be completed in its entirely.
