Synopsis: Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is conducting a Request for Quotation to procure Motor Coach Services for events on March 11-12, 2023 & March 18-19, 2023 travelling to various SIGA casino site locations in Saskatchewan. Please note time change from SK to AB (Lloydminster) taken into consideration. The required specifications are listed in the details below. You can bid on one or more location and event.

Special Instruction to Bidders: All bidders are invited to submit a bid to provide the services as detailed in this document, in accordance with the terms, conditions and response guidelines contained herein. Bids must be completed on this form and signed. All motor coaches are to be safety inspected and certified. Able to provide comfortable, clean and safe seating for all passengers. Copies of all pertinent proof of insurance & certification of vehicles are required from the successful vendor. A minimum of eight (8) million dollars (Canadian dollars) liability insurance, per incident/claim. Driver abstract must be available upon request. References from a similar service must be available upon request. Vendor will not be required to provide water or snacks for the patrons on any trip.
