Description:
The Municipality of South Dundas invites Request for Proposal (RFP) submissions from qualified engineering consultants. The consultant shall be responsible for carrying all required sub-consultants to complete the design work. Located in the heart of Morrisburg, the Morrisburg Plaza offers an array of retail and service-based businesses for residents including Dollarama, Pet Valu, Independent Grocer, a bank, restaurants, and other businesses. The plaza was built in the 1950s and in recent years has seen tremendous need for repairs due to its failing infrastructure including the need for surface infrastructure repairs and subsurface infrastructure. The Municipality of South Dundas is looking for an engineering firm to complete a full site plan which involves the entire repair and scope of work including engineering, survey, and design of the plaza from schematic design through to detailed design.
