Detailed_Description : The Communications Services Branch is following direction from the Minister-s Office and needs to contract a television production company for television interviews following the annual release of the Minister-s Economic Statement and Ontario Budget. Using this television satellite method will allow the minister to speak with up to 20regional and national television news and current affairs shows.
Scope of Work : Portable CapabilitiesIt is critical to have a vendor that can provide satellite trucks and portable television studios to the Frost Complex for a television satellite tour. This will allow the Minister of Finance to quickly and efficiently interviewed by many regional and national television services in the span of 3-4 hours.Television Studio within close proximity of Queen-s Park As a contingency plan, the Minister (or other official) may need to quickly conduct interviews with minimal advanced notice in a studio, therefore the vendor must have television studios in its facility which must be within close proximity to Queen-s Park.
