Project Description : Questions on this RFP will be accepted from January 4, 2021 to January 24, 2021. The objectives to be achieved are to modernize current manual processes, implement common capabilities across multiple business licence types, provide standard reporting, document management, and provide B2B, & B2C capabilities through a portal that can be utilized by license stakeholders both internal and external in addition to mobile functionality for remote management of license processes.
