Description : This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the procurement, implementation, and ongoing support and maintenance of a new, flexible technology platform for the Region-s MobilityPLUS paratransit services. The platform will manage customer account applications, eligibility, trip booking, scheduling, notifications, dispatching, and operations. The new platform will also be integrated to Region applications, interface with taxi companies, and have robust reporting and business continuity functionality.Along with managing MobilityPLUS, the new platform will also be capable of managing all of the Region-s non-paratransit on demand trips including the ability to provide comingling. Bid Document Access: Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge.
