Tender are invited for Mobile Guard Service at the Cowichan Lake Research Station
Security Patrol

Summary Details:
The Ministry of Lands, Water and Resource Stewardship, Cowichan Lake Research Station 7060 Forestry Road, Mesachie Lake BC, is intending to direct award a contract for the following proposed work/service:
Weekend Mobile Guard Service at the Cowichan Lake Research Station
The proposed work/service is to be carried out by Footprints Security Patrol Inc at a contract price of less than $2600 for the period from June to September each year.
The anticipated term of the contract is from June 1, 2022, to May 31, 2023.
The contractor's qualifications required to complete the services are:
· Have a valid BC Security Business License; Independent WorksafeBC Coverage, Commercial General Liability Insurance, Employee Dishonesty Insurance, and vehicle
The Cowichan Lake Research Station has chosen not to compete the contemplated contract for the following reasons:
1. Remoteness of community to be patrolled by the mobile guard; and Footprints Security Patrol familiarity with the local area of service
Contractors wishing to challenge this decision should submit a letter of objection by no later than at 2:00 p.m. (local time) on May 27 2022 to:
