- NL Health Services (NLHS) is administering this RFP on behalf of Eastern Urban and Central Zone to submit proposals for Mobile Clinics. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFP, as well as the Public Procurement Act.NLHS requires three motorhomes - one to be delivered to central zone and two to Eastern Urban. NLHS will be removing the king sized bed and replacing it with an examination table to meet the requirements of the mobile clinic. For this reason proponent submissions will be evaluated for the ease of this transition. We invite proponents to submit the proposals and include information which will help us determine if this is possible. NLHS may complete a site visit to confirm that the modifications are possible before award.
