This RFSQ does not constitute an offer of any nature or kind whatsoever by the University to any or all of the Proponents.Proponents for this project must possess a valid N299 certification at the time of submission. This is a mandatory requirement, and submissions that do not include proof of N299 certification will be deemed non-compliant and disqualified from further consideration.
