The site has all weather road access and is cleared. Water and hydro services are available to the site, sewage is planned to be based on a tank and pump-out service. A topographical survey and geotechnical investigation will be available.The construction cost estimate is $2,120,976.Project Management is by Keewatin-Aski Ltd.The Prime Consultant is Architecture49.Construction is planned to start in the summer of 2025 and be complete in early 2026.
