Request for Expression of Interest Ministry of Immigration and Career Training Advertising Services Competition The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking an experienced advertising partner to provide communications and marketing services for the Ministry of Immigration and Career Training (ICT). The Ministry of Immigration and Career Training builds a strong and resilient labour market by addressing employer workforce needs, training people for jobs and supporting newcomers to settle, work and stay in Saskatchewan. Guided by the Saskatchewan Labour Market Strategy, ICT works towards the goals outlined in the Ministry-s Annual Plan, including growing Indigenous participation in the workforce, investing in a skilled workforce to support a growing economy, and growing Saskatchewan-s workforce through in-migration. Interested suppliers must demonstrate professional experience in: National and international marketing that includes digital, print, OOH and social aspects; and Marketing programs and services to Saskatchewan residents that includes digital, print, OOH and social aspects. Suppliers must also demonstrate: Strong media research skills to support campaign development and planning; Strong campaign performance tracking and reporting; and Strong communication skills in terms of understanding client needs and account management.
