- West Hants Regional Municipality is currently interested in receiving bids for Contract No. WHRMPW25-14 - Mill Lakes Diversion Pipe. Interested bidders are required to go to bonfirehub.ca to obtain tender documents and submit a bid. This link will also be used to post addenda. Please direct any questions to Tara Hanlon at thanlon@cbcl.ca. The project is located in Mill Lakes near the Windsor Water Treatment Plant. The Work includes but is not necessarily limited to the design and construction of a temporary cofferdam; supply and installation of a 450mm diameter diversion pipe complete with valves, an outfall, an intake, intake screen, manholes, and environmental protection features including sediment control fencing as well as all Work as shown on the Project Drawings and as specified.
